Ugly Home of the Day: Houston - River Oaks Country Club Estates


This home features two stair cases, 5bdr, 5.2 bths, a 2 car detached garage, and an entratrance gate. At 7400 sqft, this home is not too apealing on the exterior.

The $3.8 million price tag is even more awkward.
Yeah right!

Our take - the home to too skinny, too short, too something....but definitely not right.  I recommend this to stay on the market until the price is reduced to $1.2 million. Now THATS a deal!

This is one lovely home. It's an italian inspirered estate located on River Oaks Blvd.  According to the listing, the landscaping is by McDugal Steel, (who cares).

Highland Park Village Theater NOT Going Anywhere!

  
Well, contrary to popular belief, The Highland Park Village Theater is NOT going anywhere.  Stephen Summers, general manager, dispelled many rumors that were going around about the space. 

According to Summers, there will be a new bar/lounge area, grill, extensive renovations resulting in a 20% decrease in seating capacity, and even offer reserved seating at an additional cost.



Our take - "reserved seating" I don't think Im liking where this is going.....

What $4.7 million gets you in Houston

You get a 10k sqft house with 4bdr, 4bth, a guest house, and a pool.

Our take - This home is awful. I truly could not imagin who would want to spend nearly $2 million on an outdated home.

Our take - this actually looks like a good deal. The exterior looks nice and intact.
